Westhill Park has officially broken ground off Newt Patterson Road and is planned for approximately 600 homes, with prices expected to start around $650,000 and extend above $1 million.

Where Is Westhill Park in Mansfield?
Westhill Park is planned along Newt Patterson Road in Mansfield, Texas.
The development will add another significant residential community to Mansfield as the city continues to grow.
One of the more interesting parts of the project is what’s planned next door.
A 100-acre public park is expected to include fishing ponds and trails that will connect with Mansfield’s larger trail system.
For future Westhill Park homeowners, that could provide access to a major public recreational area without the park being limited only to residents of the community.
How Many Homes Are Planned in Westhill Park?
Westhill Park is planned for approximately 600 homes.
Based on the information announced so far, this will not be an entry-level new-construction community.
Home prices are expected to begin around $650,000, with some homes priced at more than $1 million.
Actual home sizes, floor plans, lot sizes and final pricing will depend on the individual builders and what they ultimately release.
Which Builders Are Coming to Westhill Park?
Four builders have been announced for Westhill Park:
- David Weekley Homes
- Drees Custom Homes
- Graham Hart
- Homebound
Having multiple builders should give future buyers different floor plans, architectural styles and price points to compare within the community.

When Will Westhill Park Homes Be Available?
Homes are not currently available for sale in Westhill Park.
The first lots are expected to be delivered to builders in 2027.
There will still be additional steps between lot delivery and buyers being able to purchase homes, so anyone interested in Westhill Park should view this as an upcoming community rather than one where you can buy today.
