Co-owner Paulo Generoso and his team took the old Ryan’s restaurant space on S. Cooper near I-20 and transformed it in a way that will get your blood pumping from the moment you step in.
That’s because you’re in for an authentic Brazilian steakhouse experience. Generoso hails from Brazil and comes from a family of guachos. Long story short, they’ve got the skills to make your tastebuds happy.
You can choose to begin your culinary journey with a trip to their massive salad bar made up of over 50 options.
But let’s be real. We really go to Brazilian steakhouses because of the meat, right? Choose from 15 choices of meat ranging from top sirloin, lamb, pork loin and chicken. All are prepared in the Brazilian tradition using open flame pics and served to you as long as you keep your coaster-sized chip on green. Flip it on red and they’ll give you a break (but you won’t do much of that).
Add to that the ridiculously attentive staff, a substantial wine selection and mouth-watering side dishes. It’ll bring you as close to foodie heaven as you can get.
