Additionally, the city is focusing on attracting companies and new jobs to Arlington. For example, GM recently announced they expect over 850 jobs will be created with the new supplier park residing in Arlington. Summit Racing Equipment, the largest mail order, retail, and Internet supplier of high performance automotive parts and accessories, is scheduled to open an $82 million warehouse facility, retail super store and customer support center in fall 2017.

How Can I Get Around Arlington?
It is almost a necessity to own a car to get around Arlington. Due to the size and spread of Arlington, it is neither very walkable or convenient for biking as a whole. Plus, Arlington does not have a public transportation system. So without a car, you’d need some transportation alternatives to get you around in Arlington.
