On Saturday, Dallas Cowboys fans will file into AT&T Stadium with excitement to watch the first Dallas Cowboys home game (albeit preseason).

And with a new year comes a new stadium bag and purse policy. Your options for what you bring in the stadium are extremely limited.

Beginning Saturday, AT&T Stadium security will begin enforcing the National Football League’s new policy limiting the size and types of bags entering league stadiums.

Due to public safety concerns, fans are asked not to bring any type of bag along, including purses larger than a ‘clutch bag’, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, seat cushions or luggage of any kind.

Computer bags, camera bags or any bag larger than 5.5″ x 8.5″ will not be allowed to enter the building.

Below are the the only approved bags:

  • Clear plastic, vinyl or pvc tote bags that do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″
  • Clear one-gallon resealable storage bags
  • Small clutch purse/bag the size of a hand – not to exceed 5.5″ x 8.5″ – with or without a handle or strap
