Melia Ranch is located near Highway 287 on Eden Road. It’s very close to the City of Kennedale border.
Melia Ranch homes will be built by Rendition Homes, Innovation Builders and Summit Custom Homes. The community was approved by Arlington’s city council a couple of years ago.

Melia Ranch home prices range from high $200s to low $400s. Between the three home builders, you have access to several floor plans to fit your preference. Single and two story homes are available on larger lots. Square footage ranges from 2,200 sq. ft. to over 4,000 sq. ft.
