    (Down 17.7% from 616 in January 2025)

  • Active Listings: 3,508
    (Up 0.3% from 3,497 in January 2025)

  • Average Days on Market: 63 Days
    (Up 5.0% from 60 Days in January 2025)

Home prices have softened slightly compared to this time last year, which may create new opportunities for buyers entering the market in 2026. Inventory levels in the have increased modestly, giving buyers more options than they had during peak market conditions when available homes were limited.

Homes in Dallas  are also taking slightly longer to sell on average.
